Connect, LLC is seeking a Sales Executive interested in working at an 11‑time award‑winning Austin American‑Statesman "Top Work Places". This individual will be an experienced sales professional who genuinely loves to sell, help others, work on a fun and supportive team, values honesty and integrity in the sales process, wants a real 40‑hour work week, and is interested in truly growing their sales career.
The position will report directly to the Sales Manager. This is a full‑time, exempt position based out of our office located off 183 and Hymeadow Drive in Austin, Texas. Currently, we work a 3‑day‑a‑week hybrid schedule (Tuesdays‑Thursdays in the office with Mondays and Fridays as work‑from‑home optional).
- Add new B2B clients to 360
Connect’s growing client base - Generate leads through target account selling, outbound prospecting, and calling on leads from multiple sources
- Activities KPI's per day including phone calls, emails, Linked In messages, and any and all ways we can get in front of a client
- Remain knowledgeable and up‑to‑date on the product, industry changes, and competitive landscape
- Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest, and develop interest to stimulate opportunity
- Exceed individual goals while also contributing to team and organizational goals
- Negotiate and sell the 360
Connect Marketing Solution based on company needs - Adhere to 360
Connect policies, standards, and procedures while maintaining the company's core values - Ability to successfully build, manage, and close out your sales pipeline
- Knowledge of sales best practices and sales performance metrics
- Excellent, effective, and clear communication skills (both written and spoken)
- Strong skills in problem‑solving and customer service
- Ability to handle ongoing rejection and still persevere
- Ability to demonstrate a passion for sales/persuasion and solving problems
- Solid knowledge of CRM software and MS Office
- Ability to adapt quickly and converse convincingly in the many business spaces that we function in
Education and Experience
- High School Graduation or Equivalent
- At least two years of sales experience
- Successful track record in sales‑driven environments
- Experience with CRM
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree or at least three years experience with the same company
- 3–5 years of sales experience
- Background in Sandler Sales training
- Experience with Hubspot and Adobe e‑Sign or Docusign
- Experience and interest in working with AI
