We are a high‑performance real estate wholesaling team on the lookout for a full‑time acquisitions specialist. You’ll hunt, prepare, and close deals, and ensure each transaction is smooth and successful. This position is instrumental in the growth and success of our business, so we provide the tools and support our acquisitions team needs to perform at their best. This is a full‑cycle wholesaling position covering both acquisitions and dispositions.

You'll be on the phone with motivated sellers, underwriting deals, presenting cash offers, and then flipping to the dispo side—marketing properties, managing buyer interest, and closing. You won’t be handed a playbook and left alone. You'll shadow first, earn your reps, and build toward full independence over 90 days. This role is for someone who wants to grow with a company, not just work  ideal candidate is a talented acquisitions specialist who is persuasive, confident, and detail‑oriented.

Responsibilities
  • Acquisitions:
    • Make daily outbound calls and respond to inbound leads from mailers, PPL, and PPC
    • Qualify sellers on motivation, timing, price, and property condition
    • Underwrite deals using MLS, Realist, and our internal model to build cash offers
    • Present offers, negotiate, and get contracts signed
    • Visit properties to document condition with photos and video
  • Dispositions:
    • Create marketing packets and post deals on Facebook, Investor Lift, and via mass outreach in REISimpli
    • Manage buyer inquiries, coordinate showings, and lock in buyers
    • Facilitate between all parties—TC, seller, buyer, title—through closing
Qualifications
  • Confident on the phone and genuinely enjoys talking to people
  • Competitive, coachable, and comfortable being held accountable to metrics
  • Organized enough to manage multiple deals and follow‑ups without dropping balls
  • Reliable transportation for property visits in Austin & the surrounding areas
  • Basic comfort with technology and CRM tools (we’ll train you on our specific platforms)
  • Bonus points:
    • Experience in real estate wholesaling, investing, or high‑volume sales
    • Familiarity with REISimpli, Investor Lift, Docu Sign, or MLS
Compensation

$24,000 per year base plus 3‑5% commission for Acquisitions and 3‑5% commission for Dispositions on each closed deal.
