Description
Amazon Web Services (AWS) provides companies of all sizes with an infrastructure platform in the cloud. As a Leader within the AWS Cloud Sales Center (CSC), you will lead a high impact and diverse team who will build, shape, and drive the growth and future of an emerging technology.
ResponsibilitiesAs a Sales leader within the AWS Cloud Sales Center, you will have the opportunity to lead a sales team that focuses on adoption and expansion of our full-service portfolio with our customers. We work backwards from our customers, focusing on their use cases and defining how our broad set of technology solutions can help them. Planning for market adoption, setting vision and strategy for your team, and pivoting on emerging market trends are all things you will do on a daily basis.
You will help to identify with your team where our products need to go next to better serve our customers. You will help drive revenue, adoption, and market penetration in accounts. You will hire and develop high‑performance teams of sales reps that are focused on customer obsession and working backwards to help customers achieve outcomes. You will also be responsible for building your go‑to‑market initiatives across functional teams, specialists, and partner teams to help scale our business.

- 10+ years of technology-related sales, marketing, or business development experience
- 7+ years of sales management experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field
- 4+ years of direct field experience selling software or cloud solutions
- MBA degree or above in related fields

Salary ranges (USD annually):
- USA, TX, Austin – 157,100 – 212,600
- USA, VA, Arlington – 157,100 – 212,600
- USA, WA, Seattle – 157,100 – 212,600
