One of our clients is an innovative Prop Tech company headquartered in Austin, Texas, helping property managers simplify utility and internet setup for residents through a modern technology platform. Their solution streamlines the move‑in experience by integrating with leading property management systems, automating utility activation workflows, providing real‑time tracking, and creating additional revenue opportunities for property management companies.

Position Overview

One of our clients is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate new business opportunities within the property management industry. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective property management companies, qualifying decision‑makers, and scheduling meetings for the Account Executive team.

The ideal candidate has experience in B2B SaaS sales, outbound prospecting, and consultative selling, with a passion for helping customers improve operational efficiency through innovative technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, Linked In outreach, and strategic networking.
  • Build relationships with property managers, regional managers, owners, and executive stakeholders.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads using established sales methodologies.
  • Schedule qualified product demonstrations for Account Executives.
  • Research target accounts and personalize outreach campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate prospect and pipeline information in Salesforce, Hub Spot, or other CRM platforms.
  • Execute multi‑channel outbound campaigns using modern sales engagement tools.
  • Meet and exceed monthly KPIs for calls, emails, meetings booked, and qualified opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to follow up on campaigns, webinars, and events.
  • Stay informed about property management technology, multifamily housing trends, and competitive solutions.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2–5 years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, Inside Sales, or Lead Generation.
  • Experience selling B2B SaaS, Prop Tech, Fin Tech, or technology solutions.
  • Proven success generating qualified sales opportunities through outbound prospecting.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Strong consultative selling and relationship‑building abilities.
  • Highly organized with exceptional time management skills.
  • Self‑motivated with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience selling into property management, multifamily housing, real estate, or residential services.
  • Hands‑on experience with Salesforce, Hub Spot, Linked In Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Zoom Info, Salesloft, Outreach, Gong, or similar sales tools.
  • Familiarity with MEDDICC, BANT, SPIN Selling, or Challenger Sales methodologies.
  • Experience working in a fast‑paced startup or SaaS environment.
