Specialist Account Executive – AI & Data-Driven Agentic Transformation (AiDAPT)

Role Overview
: A unique Specialist Account Executive position within the Products, Auto, Consumer, & Energy organization. This role is designed for a sales professional who combines strong technical fluency with proven revenue‑generation ability and a talent for building trusted customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Help customers navigate AI‑driven transformation by aligning business objectives with advanced data and AI capabilities.
  • Partner with customers to identify opportunities to modernize customer engagement and operational models using Salesforce’s AI‑first platform.
  • Drive adoption and growth of Agentforce, Data Cloud, and the Salesforce Platform within assigned accounts, serving as a trusted advisor.
  • Engage both business and technical stakeholders—including executive, data, and IT leaders—to drive AI‑powered transformation and accelerate platform adoption.
  • Operate across diverse buying environments, from fast‑moving growth accounts to complex, multi‑stakeholder enterprises, adapting the sales approach accordingly.
  • Be measured by success in driving AI and Data Cloud consumption, expanding platform adoption, and influencing stakeholders across customer organizations.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams—including Core AEs, Solution Engineers, Product Specialists, and Partners—to deliver cohesive, customer‑centric solutions.
Qualifications
  • Experience selling complex, multi‑product SaaS solutions.
  • Strong understanding of AI and data‑driven technologies.
  • Proven ability to conduct consultative discovery conversations and articulate how Agentforce, Data Cloud, and the Salesforce Platform can solve critical business problems and unlock new growth opportunities.
Benefits & Compensation

Base salary range $99,500 – $214,400 annually (location dependent). Eligible for incentive compensation, equity, and benefits including time off programs, medical, dental, vision, mental health support, paid parental leave, life and disability insurance, 401(k), and an employee stock purchasing program. Compensation may vary by location (e.g., California and New York: $109,500 – $235,850 per year).
