We are currently partnering with a global provider of ingredients and raw materials for nutraceuticals and health supplements to hire a Senior Sales Manager for Europe.

The Position

This is a hands‑on commercial role in which you will:

  • Manage and grow sales with existing customers across nutrition, food & beverage and dietary supplements verticals
  • Develop new leads, prospects, and commercial opportunities.
  • Promote a broad ingredient portfolio using a consultative, solution‑led approach.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend products based on market trends and technical requirements.
  • Build strong relationships with R&D, Purchasing, and senior decision‑makers.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial documents.
  • Work closely with sales, product management, logistics, quality, marketing, and finance teams.
  • Track competitors, market dynamics, and opportunities for new products or applications.
  • Handle customer inquiries, issues, and complaints professionally.
  • Maintain accurate activity and pipeline records in CRM/ERP systems.
  • Attend key industry events, trade shows, and customer visits.
The Candidate

Applicants will be expected to demonstrate:

  • 8+ years’ B2B sales experience in nutraceutical ingredients, food & beverage ingredients, dietary supplements, or adjacent raw material markets.
  • Proven account management and business development experience.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Ability to engage R&D, Purchasing, and senior stakeholders.
  • Confidence in the use of CRM/ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work effectively across cultures.
