We are currently partnering with a global provider of ingredients and raw materials for nutraceuticals and health supplements to hire a Senior Sales Manager for Europe.
The PositionThis is a hands‑on commercial role in which you will:
- Manage and grow sales with existing customers across nutrition, food & beverage and dietary supplements verticals
- Develop new leads, prospects, and commercial opportunities.
- Promote a broad ingredient portfolio using a consultative, solution‑led approach.
- Understand customer needs and recommend products based on market trends and technical requirements.
- Build strong relationships with R&D, Purchasing, and senior decision‑makers.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial documents.
- Work closely with sales, product management, logistics, quality, marketing, and finance teams.
- Track competitors, market dynamics, and opportunities for new products or applications.
- Handle customer inquiries, issues, and complaints professionally.
- Maintain accurate activity and pipeline records in CRM/ERP systems.
- Attend key industry events, trade shows, and customer visits.
Applicants will be expected to demonstrate:
- 8+ years’ B2B sales experience in nutraceutical ingredients, food & beverage ingredients, dietary supplements, or adjacent raw material markets.
- Proven account management and business development experience.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
- Ability to engage R&D, Purchasing, and senior stakeholders.
- Confidence in the use of CRM/ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work effectively across cultures.
