Summary

As a Sales Associate, you will represent the brand on the sales floor by delivering an elevated customer experience and building lasting client relationships. You will work closely with the management team to drive sales results while maintaining high standards of visual merchandising and product knowledge. This role requires multitasking, a passion for client engagement, and contributing to after-sale service.

• Deliver an elevated customer experience during and after the sale.
• Cultivate and maintain excellent clientele relationships.

• Ensure visual standards are maintained at all times.
• Fulfill key‑holder responsibilities including store opening and closing, cash handling, and financial tasks.

• 2+ years of luxury retail experience with established clientele.
• Self-starter with the ability to drive results and meet sales goals.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to engage clients and community.
• Technologically savvy and able to multitask.
