Description
OverviewThis role serves as an expert for Walmart/Sam's Club Sales Team, the Partner, and internal constituents. It is the primary source for data and analytics, customizing data solutions and handling ad hoc requests. The role aims to achieve quota while improving sales processes and collaborating across functions to interpret information and guide growth. It addresses data conflicts, conducts research, and supports seamless partner interactions.
Responsibilities- Serves as the expert to the partners for advanced information and data analytics.
- Collaborates with the sales team, category, and partners to tailor data solutions that meet specific customer needs, including customization of products and services to align with client requirements.
- Identifies trends and insights that align with the organization s growth objectives and supports sales efforts.
- Works with a team of sales professionals to achieve assigned quotas while engaging in transactional and relationship selling in adherence to legal requirements.
- Contributes to the continuous improvement of partner sales processes and strategies based on feedback and insights.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and sales, to ensure alignment on partner-related initiatives and effectiveness.
- Assists in the resolution of minor data conflicts or issues between partners and the organization (e.g., shipments, qualified program units, and sell-through data).
- Provides administrative and data support to ensure smooth partner interactions, sales processes, and support for financial partners.
Recommended
- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
- Typically 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in Enterprise Sales, channel & alliance, data analytics support for Enterprises or a related field, or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience.

Compensation & BenefitsThe on-target earnings (OTE) range for this role is $112,600 to $155,000 USD annually with an 80%/20% salary/incentive mix. There are additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonuses and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, knowledge, skills, and experience.
