Job Description Overview
Provides administrative and sales support to the Community Sales Manager to optimize new home sales and the customer experience.
Responsibilities- Greet and engage with visitors to build relationships and assist the Community Sales Manager in determining visitor needs and preferences.
- Provide consistent and timely follow-up with visitors and buyers from initial visit through closing and beyond.
- Assist the Community Sales Manager with prospecting, marketing, and promoting new business.
- Support the Community Sales Manager with all administrative aspects of the sales office, including answering phones, preparing purchase contracts, taking reservations, coordinating sales office & model maintenance, opening & closing of the sales complex, scheduling appointments, and pre-qualifying potential buyers, signage, exterior maintenance, etc.
- Enter and update visitor and buyer information into the Company’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system daily.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of previous new home sales experience is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Strong listening skills and creative problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to prioritize and multi‑task while maintaining a sense of urgency and attention to detail.
