- Complete the required number of outbound calls on a daily basis to qualify prospects and schedule appointments for your dedicated Sales Reps to close.
- Collaborate with sales partners to identify accounts and prospects that have a propensity to buy, then act on this information using the resources at hand.
- Hunt new prospective accounts and contacts to qualify a lead through the earliest stages of the sales cycle process.
- Ask questions to uncover a customer’s need, authority, urgency, and ability to purchase and position D&B’s value against those needs.
- Actively manage time with an emphasis on daily prospecting, activities, and learning & development.

Experience:
2 to 4 years - Associate's Degree:

- Minimum of two (2) years of sales/sales support/client service/account management experience
- Strong communication skills and the ability to utilize relationship skills to partner closely with customers and co‑workers alike
- Strong knowledge of current Dun & Bradstreet solutions
- Creative and innovative thinker who can look outside the box to demonstrate continued value from the relationship and maintain customer loyalty
- Strong execution skills, capable of getting work done efficiently and effectively without direct supervision
- Ability to adapt and manage multiple projects and work under tight timelines
- Proven track record of successful performance in a busy work environment
- Ownership mindset, proactive problem‑solving, curiosity, and a drive to collaborate and connect with people and teams to support success
- Continuous growth mindset, learning through social experiences, relationships with stakeholders, experts, colleagues and mentors, and expanding competencies through formal courses and programs
