As an Outside Sales Representative, you'll build relationships with homeowners while managing roofing and restoration projects from start to finish.

• Generate new business through door‑to‑door prospecting in assigned neighborhoods.
• Perform complimentary roof inspections and identify potential storm‑related damage.
• Educate homeowners about the insurance restoration process.
• Meet with insurance adjusters during inspections when needed.
• Manage roofing and restoration projects through completion while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Build lasting customer relationships and generate referrals.
• Consistently achieve personal sales and performance goals.

We're looking for driven individuals who enjoy working with people and are motivated by performance‑based earnings.

• Self‑motivated with a competitive mindset
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills

• Ability to climb ladders and walk residential roofs safely
• Valid driver's license
• Pickup truck or the ability to obtain one within 60 days of employment
• Previous sales experience is helpful but not required
