Job Summary
As a Business Development Representative, you are responsible for driving the sales pipeline through outbound prospecting and managing inbound leads. You initiate and nurture conversations, qualify opportunities, and collaborate with account executives to close deals.

- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified opportunities.
- Continuously learn about products, services, and the market to improve persuasion.
- Use coaching feedback to refine outreach and objection handling.
- 0–1+ years of customer‑facing experience in sales or related roles.
- Demonstrated interest in a sales career and understanding of the sales process.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of articulating ideas clearly verbally and in writing.
- Business acumen and grasp of how businesses operate and function.
- Proficiency with basic office software and ability to learn new technology, including CRM systems.
- Resilient, self‑motivated, and able to thrive in a remote or hybrid environment.
- Curious, coachable, and willing to embrace feedback to improve continuously.
USA-based roles: base salary $58,000–$81,000 USD, commission‑eligible, immediate eligibility for health, dental, 401(k), paid time off, equity grant, and incentive programs.
Canada-based roles: base salary $55,000–$77,000 CAD, commission‑eligible, immediate eligibility for health, dental, RRSP, paid time off, equity grant, and incentive programs.
