What You Bring to the Role (Ideal Experience)
- 2–5 years of inside sales or telemarketing experience with a strong closing track record
- Confidence making high-volume outbound calls and engaging decision-makers
- Competitive, goal-oriented mindset with a desire to exceed quotas
- Proven ability to manage a pipeline and close deals independently
- Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills
- Comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment
- Tech-savvy with experience using dialers, CRMs, and sales tools
- Professional, coachable, and motivated to grow
- Own your sales pipeline from first call to close, no handoffs
- Work warm, company-provided leads (no cold list building required)
- Make high-volume outbound calls using a dialer to drive new business
- Build rapport quickly and identify customer needs
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations and close deals consistently
- Overcome objections with confidence and skill
- Track activity and performance metrics to stay on top of your goals
- Compete, win, and continuously improve your sales performance
Compensation Information
The expected salary range for this position is $60,000 base + unlimited commission per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Top performers have the opportunity to significantly exceed base salary through uncapped earnings.
