Customer Sales Director

Location

Austin, TX (2‑3 days in office preferred). Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in‑person collaboration, including two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team.

Customer Sales Director focusing on an at‑scale strategy to support, retain, and grow a mix of our Commercial and Enterprise customer base.

• Build a strategic plan to drive expansion in a portfolio of Commercial and Enterprise accounts
• Manage multiple sales cycles and customer campaigns targeting Analytics Engineering, Data Platform, and Data Governance personas
• Protect renewals by monitoring account signals, deepening executive alignment, and helping customers realize consistent value

• 4+ years of experience in SaaS sales or account management, with a proven track record of exceeding targets
• Experience working in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment, adapting quickly to constant change
• Strong consultative selling skills, engaging effectively with both technical and business audiences
• Proactive and organized, capable of independently managing a diverse book of business

• Prior experience in analytics, ETL, BI, or open‑source software
• Familiarity with dbt (core or Cloud) and the modern data stack, including platforms like Snowflake, Big Query, Redshift, or Databricks
• Experience with consumption and/or usage‑based pricing structures
• Experience with the MEDD(P)
  ICC sales methodology or Command of the Message

$94,500 — $112,000 USD

$135,000 — $160,000 USD
