Sales Associate - Domain Northside

Summary

The Retail Sales Associate provides exceptional customer service, builds lasting client relationships, and consistently works to achieve sales targets. The role requires in-depth knowledge of eyewear products and trends to deliver personalized recommendations and support omnichannel customer experiences. Associates also assist with minor adjustments and help maintain a polished store environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding, personalized customer service to all clients on the sales floor and through follow-up communication.
• Maintain deep product knowledge of the brand, warranties, and optical add-on features; attend trainings as required.
• Build and sustain client relationships to drive repeat business and loyalty.
• Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
• Assist with minor frame adjustments and repairs and support omnichannel order/service fulfillment.
• Ensure the sales floor and back-of-house areas are clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Adhere to brand policies and perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of retail sales experience, preferably in eyewear or luxury retail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong client relationships.
• Reliable and punctual with the ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Preferred: experience operating a POS system and prior luxury or eyewear sales experience.
