- Schedule free roof inspections
- Build relationships with homeowners and business owners
- Educate customers on roofing, siding, gutters, and exterior restoration services
- Follow up with prospects and maintain strong customer relationships
- Meet and exceed sales goals while representing the Design Roofing brand with professionalism
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Self‑motivated and goal‑oriented
- Sales or canvassing experience is preferred but not required—we will train the right candidate
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work outdoors and interact with customers throughout the day
This position reports directly to the Sales Manager and upper management, providing exceptional mentorship and a clear path for career advancement. As Design Roofing continues to expand across Texas and nationwide, high‑performing team members will have opportunities to grow into leadership roles.
