The Role
As a Sales Manager, you'll lead all studio sales and business development efforts while creating an exceptional experience for both prospective and existing members. You'll oversee membership sales, marketing initiatives, community partnerships, and day-to-day sales operations, while coaching and developing a high‑performing team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting new people, takes initiative, and is motivated by achieving goals. We believe exceptional service is found in the details, and we take pride in creating a welcoming, polished studio where every client feels valued.
This is a full‑time position. Candidates should be available to work a flexible schedule, including a combination of mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends.

- Two or more years of fitness sales or relevant sales experience preferred
- Previous management or supervisory experience required
- Proven ability to generate personal sales and lead a high‑performing team
- Ability to manage and drive multiple revenue streams, including memberships and retail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both in person and over the phone
- Strong relationship‑building abilities
- Ability to recognize areas for improvement and make decisions using sound judgment
- Highly organized with strong time management and prioritization skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn Club Ready and other studio software
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- College degree preferred
- Authorization to work in the United States
Boutique fitness experience is a plus but not required. We provide comprehensive training for motivated individuals.
