Business Development Lead

A well-established, employee-owned engineering consulting firm is seeking a Business Development Lead to support the continued growth of its Central Texas operations. This is a highly visible role that blends business development, client relationship management, marketing, and proposal coordination while partnering with senior leadership to expand the firm's presence in the region.

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, architects, and industry partners.
• Support business development initiatives, client outreach, and market research.
• Coordinate proposals, qualifications packages, presentations, and interview materials.
• Track project opportunities, RFQs/RFPs, and maintain CRM data.
• Plan client meetings, networking events, conferences, and sponsorship activities.
• Collaborate with leadership and marketing teams to support regional growth strategies.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of business development, marketing, or proposal coordination experience, preferably within the AEC industry.
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, and Adobe InDesign.
• Ability to travel regularly between Round Rock, San Antonio, and occasionally Fort Worth.
