Who

You Are

As Nutrabolt's Commercial Operations Coordinator, you will work to increase sales team efficiency and success through the application of sales and order data. You will provide reports that provide visibility and drive action for order pacing. You will review orders and cross-reference upcoming promotions to ensure customers are ordering to support high-level promo execution. You will ensure our customers and B2B portal have updated product information and pricing.

You will be a key relationship builder with our NSRD team and an internal partner with our planning, customer advocacy, and logistics teams.

What You're Good At

Establish effective order cadence and manage order pacing with your NSRD team. You will follow up for orders when customers are behind sales goals or velocity trends.

Build and maintain a new item catalog and pricing to be shared quarterly or as changes occur to the portfolio for current customers as well as at the time of onboarding a new account.

Drive all aspects of the client relationship onboarding experience.

Implement tracking programs that give the NSRD team the ability to achieve their desired goals and objectives.

Will routinely review and communicate updates on these goals with the NSRD team and plan to bridge any gaps to expectations you identify.

Distribute weekly order cut reports and provide information to the NSRD team.

Utilize cut reports to follow back up with the NSRD team to order/replenish appropriate skus.

You will own cross functional leadership between commercial sales team and logistic/customer operations to ensure best in class execution and service level.

Review sales orders to ensure customers are ordering sufficient product for upcoming events and promotions.

Understand product prioritization and product lines so you can problem solve any ordering issues.

You partner with the NSRD team in building a forecast for legacy products based on current velocities.

You will ensure customers aren't ordering discontinued products to avoid transshipping and provide directions on replacement SKUs.

You will provide exceptional service through quick response times to customers and working cross-functionally to ensure we keep customers and sales directors up to date of any changes or disruptions to normal business flow. Diagnose and create solutions for shipping related challenges and realize incremental opportunities.

What You Contribute

Bachelor's degree preferred

2-3 years customer facing, or customer service role preferred

Team player

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong problem solving, analytical skills, and communication skills

Excellent rapport building with customers in establishing strong long-lasting relationships

Confidence and professionalism when communicating with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
