About the Role
Reporting to the Divisional Vice President, Global Strategic Alliances, the Strategic ERP Alliance Manager will build and nurture strategic alliances with ERP partners. The role plays a pivotal part in driving partner‑influenced and referral programs to achieve business growth and ensure seamless integration with our core values.
Responsibilities- Take ownership of relationships with assigned strategic ERP partners, fostering collaborative engagement and developing initiatives for mutual growth.
- Work closely with partners to set the annual business strategy, defining goals, objectives, and execution plans.
- Implement partner governance measures, conducting regular check‑ins, performance assessments, and strategic adjustments.
- Continuously monitor partnership performance, tracking key metrics and leveraging data insights.
- Collaborate with the direct sales organization to ensure partner referral leads are followed up on and measured.
- Work cross‑functionally to ensure seamless execution of strategic initiatives, aligning them with partner strategies and company goals.
- Establish robust relationships and collaborate on annual business plans with each ERP partner to drive aligned strategies.
- Identify opportunities to expand existing partnership strategy through integrating additional ISW offerings.
- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets to drive revenue growth and meet financial objectives.
- Minimum 5 years of strategic alliance management experience, including a proven track record with ERP partners.
- Strong sales and business development expertise, with at least 3 years of experience driving revenue growth through partner‑driven channels.
- 5–7 years of financial technology sales experience to mid‑size public companies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in negotiation, financial acumen, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross‑functional teams.
- MBA or advanced degree in business or related field (preferred).
- Experience with ERP ecosystem companies: MRI, Deltek, Viewpoint, Infor, Workday, Oracle, SAP.
- Demonstrated experience in data‑driven decision‑making.
United States: $ to $ USD annually. For sales roles, the range includes a commission target. For non‑sales roles, a bonus may be applicable.
