Regional Business Development Manager
TBG Partners is an award-winning planning, urban design, landscape architecture, and branded environments firm with a 39+ year legacy of transforming communities across Texas and beyond. Our work spans the full spectrum of the built environment – from urban mixed-use developments and civic gathering spaces to corporate campuses, parks and trails, and master planned communities.
In Austin, our portfolio speaks for itself. Projects like The Republic, Symphony Square, Paseo, Waterline, Q2 Stadium, Alliance Children's Garden, the Violet Crown "Mile Zero" Trailhead, and the Oracle Campus reflect the kind of intentional, high-impact placemaking we're known for. Alongside these, TBG's legacy projects from Town Lake Park to Seaholm have helped shape Austin, define its parks and trail system, and strengthen the communities that surround it.
We're not just watching Austin grow – we've had a hand in building it.
At TBG, business development is about intentional relationship-building, strategic thinking, and bringing the right people together to shape a more vibrant and resilient Austin.
