• Consult with clients to evaluate their healthcare needs and coverage goals
• Educate clients on Medicare Advantage, Medigap, and other health insurance solutions
• Recommend personalized plans tailored to each client
• Build lasting relationships through great service and annual reviews
• Consistently meet sales goals with integrity and professionalism

• Willing to get a Texas Life and Health Insurance License if you don't have one
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex insurance concepts clearly
• Proficient with CRM systems and digital enrollment platforms
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
