Are you a systems-loving, people-savvy coordinator who gets excited about turning partnerships into powerhouse revenue streams?
is looking for a Event Planner to help us grow our affiliate and promotional partnership program by supporting the Head of Business Development in landing, delivering, and renewing high-performing partnerships. You’ll be the glue that holds our strategic partner process together—from onboarding, asset delivery, and event execution to post-event renewals.
This role is built for someone who thrives in execution, loves seeing things through from A to Z, and is motivated by growth, results, and relationships.
What You’ll Be DoingAs the Event Planner, your primary goal is to drive affiliate revenue and qualified appointments by:
Ensuring the Success of Live Partnership Events- Schedule and manage launch calls and run-throughs
- Coordinate with the marketing team on key assets (emails, landing pages, follow-up sequences)
- Test, manage, and deliver all partner-facing promotional materials
- Track registration and revenue goals to ensure event success
- Lead post-event debrief calls and capture lessons learned
- Renew existing partners—especially those that don’t require new negotiation
- Identify evergreen opportunities and grow recurring revenue per partner
- Manage invoices and commissions (in partnership with our Finance Team)
- Ensure on-time commission payouts and performance bonuses
- Send partner appreciation gifts and touchpoints to keep morale high
- Take administrative and coordination tasks off his plate so he can stay focused on closing
- Act as an executive assistant when needed to help move deals forward faster

- Sales per Partner (Increase the average order value of our deals)
- % of Events That Hit Registrant & Revenue Goals
- % of Events That Happen on Scheduled Date
- Revenue from Renewals & Evergreen Deals
- % of Renewal Calls Booked and Completed
- LTV of Partnerships
- Love juggling both people and process—you're an organized operator with a warm, can-do attitude
- Naturally think in systems and love making things run smoother
- Are energized by deadlines, deliverables, and seeing events come together
- Enjoy supporting others and playing a key behind-the-scenes role in growth
- Take ownership, follow through, and always look for ways to improve
- Experience with Hubspot and CRM or pipeline management
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Comfortable with coordinating between departments and keeping stakeholders on track
Bonus If You Have:
- Sales, operations, or assistant background
- Previous experience in event planning or partnership/affiliate management
Salary range: $40,000–$65,000/year depending on experience
