We're one of the largest full service Tik Tok Shop Partner agencies. Grail is shaping the future of how digital marketing budgets are spent, delivering dynamic and creative promotional campaigns across social media channels like Tik Tok and Instagram.
As a Tik Tok Shop Business Development Manager at Grail, you'll drive new business by sourcing, pitching, and closing brand partnerships for our Tik Tok Shop program, while also expanding our existing client relationships into longer-term partnerships. This role owns the full pipeline, from research and outreach through to closing and account growth, and requires someone comfortable working in a fast-moving, data-driven sales environment.
You'll need strong organizational skills and comfort working inside a CRM daily, since accurate reporting and pipeline hygiene are core to how this team operates, not an afterthought. Grail Talent is a remote company with team members across the US. In particular we're looking for someone to be able to cover the US market for our team on US time zones.
This role is not a regular 9-5 job, we have clients across multiple time zones and this will require working varied hours.
- Sourcing and closing new business opportunities in the US market, but also international clients entering the US market, through targeted, research-backed outreach across email, Instagram, and other channels
- Developing our relationships with local Tik Tok partner reps and team members
- Owning the strategy in your target region
- Building and maintaining a professional social media presence (Instagram or Linked In) as a core sales tool
- Owning your pipeline in Hub Spot: accurate lead sourcing, deal staging, and brand fit scoring at intake
- Building and managing a pipeline of inbound and outbound leads
- Building full proposals and P&Ls independently for prospective clients
- Hitting weekly activity benchmarks (outreach volume, meetings booked, leads added) and monthly closing targets
- Working with existing clients to expand in the US market and identify upsell opportunities
- Researching and identifying potential partners, including using tools like Kalodata to assess Tik Tok Shop readiness
- Maintaining regular check-ins to ensure client satisfaction and spot upsell opportunities
- 1-2 years minimum of Sales or Business Development experience
- Comfort working daily inside a CRM (Hub Spot experience a plus)
- Strong written communication skills for outreach across email and social channels
- Bonus: familiarity with Tik Tok Shop
- Multilingual candidates a plus
