Sales Trainer

Service Wizard, a family-owned HVAC company in Austin, TX, is seeking a Sales Trainer to develop and coach our residential HVAC sales team. In this role, you'll design and deliver training on in-home sales, comfort consultations, financing options, and technical basics of HVAC systems. You'll conduct ride-alongs, role-play sessions, and ongoing performance coaching to improve close rates and customer satisfaction. The Sales Trainer will collaborate with leadership to refine sales processes, create training materials, track KPIs, and ensure our team provides honest, high-quality service to every homeowner we serve.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver HVAC sales training programs and curricula
• Coach and mentor sales reps through ride-alongs and role-plays
• Train team on in-home comfort consultations and financing options
• Develop training materials, scripts, and sales tools
• Collaborate with leadership to refine sales process and messaging
• Track and report sales performance metrics and training impact
• Onboard and ramp new sales hires
