Essential Functions
- Directs sales operations and business growth initiatives.
- Leads, manages, develops, and mentors Inside Sales Representatives and Business Growth Analysts.
- Drives improvements and initiatives that enhance revenue growth, operational effectiveness, and sales conversions.
- Develops sales strategies, sales enablement programs, operational processes, and performance improvement plans.
- Implements and executes sales initiatives, lead management processes, and productivity standards.
- Collaborates with leadership, coaches, marketing, product, operations, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Analyzes, evaluates, assesses, and interprets sales performance, pipeline metrics, operational metrics, market trends, and business opportunities.
- Hires, trains, develops, mentors, and manages the performance of a team.
- Leads a team of professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, customer focus, and continuous improvement.
- Establishes performance expectations, service standards, and key performance indicators for sales and client experience teams.
- Conducts performance reviews and provides ongoing coaching and development opportunities.
- Builds and develops high-performing teams capable of achieving sales, retention, and customer satisfaction objectives.
Budget Oversight
- Oversees budget management for the department.
- Allocates resources to support sales growth, client retention, and operational priorities.
- Monitors departmental expenditures and evaluates return on investment for strategic initiatives.
- Identifies opportunities to improve efficiency, increase profitability, and optimize resource utilization.
Operations Leadership
- Develops and drives sales operations, business growth, and market expansion strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Establishes strategic plans, objectives, and measures to support revenue growth and sales performance.
- Makes final decisions on the implementation of sales processes, productivity standards, and growth initiatives.
- Drives continuous improvements and initiatives to enhance lead acquisition, sales conversions, and representative performance.
- Ensures operational effectiveness across sales functions.
- Leads and directs complex initiatives that impact sales performance, pipeline management, and business growth.
- Drives the execution of sales strategies and pipeline management processes to achieve revenue goals.
- Ensures compliance with established sales standards, operational procedures, and organizational expectations.
- Reviews sales, pipeline, and representative data, identifies trends, and translates insights into actionable strategies.
- Analyzes performance metrics and generates actionable insights.
- Evaluates industry trends, market dynamics, and business opportunities.
- Oversees lead assignment, territory planning, pipeline monitoring, and customer acquisition programs.
- Develops and implements sales pitch strategies, outreach frameworks, and engagement programs that strengthen prospect relationships.
- Partners with marketing, product, coaching, and operations teams to ensure consistency in messaging, lead quality, and customer acquisition.
- Identifies, analyzes, and mitigates risks that may impact sales targets, pipeline velocity, or business performance.
