The Role

The role leads a high-performing team of sales development representatives, driving pipeline generation and high-volume outbound revenue activities for enterprise technology solutions. The manager will coach, mentor, and scale the sales team while optimizing sales workflows, messaging frameworks, and conversion metrics in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

• Manage, mentor, and scale a team of inbound and outbound sales development representatives
• Establish and track daily, weekly, and monthly activity and pipeline targets
• Optimize outreach cadences, messaging templates, and sales scripts across email, phone, and social channels
• Partner with sales operations and marketing to improve lead quality, routing, and CRM data hygiene
• Conduct regular 1-on-1 coaching sessions, call reviews, and performance evaluations
• Collaborate with account executives to ensure smooth handoffs and accelerate deal velocity

• 4-7 years of total sales experience, with at least 2 years in a sales management or team lead role within B2B SaaS
• Demonstrated track record of coaching reps to consistently exceed quota and pipeline targets
• Deep proficiency with modern sales tech stack including Salesforce, Outreach, Sales Loft, and Linked In Sales Navigator
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to diagnose pipeline bottlenecks and forecast accurately
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
