Outbound Specialist

Join Renewal by Andersen Esler Companies as an Outbound Specialist in our construction-focused home improvement team. In this performance-driven, people-focused role, you'll make outbound calls to homeowners, generate interest in premium window and door replacement, and schedule qualified design consultations for our sales team. Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to homeowners to generate interest in window and door replacement services.
• Qualify leads and schedule in-home or virtual design consultations for the sales team.
• Use CRM tools to record call activity, track leads, and update customer information accurately.
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly performance metrics for calls, contacts, and appointments set.
• Follow structured call scripts while tailoring conversations to homeowner needs and project interests.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead quality and conversion.
• Provide professional, friendly customer interactions that reflect Esler Companies' service standards.
• Participate in ongoing training and coaching to improve product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
