Outbound Call Coordinator - Builder Relations

The Outbound Call Coordinator is responsible for generating new builder relationships and creating financing opportunities by proactively identifying, contacting, and qualifying prospective builder clients. Working from our Austin office, this person will make consistent outbound calls to prospective and existing builder contacts to set qualified call and in-person meeting appointments for our Outside Territory Managers. This is a phone-first, relationship-building role that fuels the pipeline for our field sales team — it does not involve loan origination, processing, or underwriting.

• Make daily outbound calls (supplemented by email, text messaging, and social media outreach) to prospective builders to discuss project funding needs and financing opportunities

• Identify and qualify prospective builders that meet Park Place Finance's target client profile

• Schedule qualified calls and in-person meetings for the assigned Outside Territory Manager

• Prepare each meeting so the Outside Territory Manager arrives fully equipped, including:
• Company and builder background
• Current and upcoming projects
• Potential financing opportunities
• CRM history and notes
• Meeting objectives and talking points
• Conduct timely follow-up with prospective builders after meetings to maintain engagement and advance the relationship

• Continue nurturing builder relationships until a qualified financing opportunity is created and handed off

• Maintain accurate, detailed records in the Company's CRM, including all communications, meeting notes, and next steps

• Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects to keep each Outside Territory Manager's meeting calendar full.

• Collaborate with Outside Territory Managers and other internal departments to support the successful development of new builder relationships

• 7-10 years' experience working with builders, construction lending, or fix-and-flip / bridge loan products required

• Demonstrated success in an outbound calling, appointment-setting, inside sales, or business development role

• Strong phone presence with the ability to quickly build rapport and qualify prospects

• Excellent organizational skills and comfort managing a high-volume, detail-oriented lead pipeline

• Working knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Hub Spot) for tracking communications and next steps

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with daily outbound call volume

• Ability to work full-time from our Austin, TX office

This is a full-time, in-office position based in Austin, TX, offering a base salary plus performance-based bonus tied to qualified appointments set and pipeline conversion. Salary based on experience.
