The Outside Sales Professional is responsible for driving sales within their respective territory. Additionally, this position is responsible for managing the visitation schedule, attaining seasonal pre-book and at-once sales goals, servicing all applicable accounts, and delivering all company initiatives and programs to the respective account(s).

• Maintain an accurate, up-to-date Zone Plan, and submit it to the Regional Manager every week.
• Visit accounts for established seasonal expectations.
• Meet seasonal at-one and pre-book sales goals.
• Meet seasonal /annual account retention and new account goals.
• Meet seasonal/annual event order goals.
• Drive all company initiatives and sales programs with respective accounts.
• Attend seasonal sales meetings.
• Attend annual PGA Merchandise Show
• Attend local trade shows and events.
• Maintain sample line in accordance with company standards.
• Submit monthly expense report.

• Proficient in MS Office applications, emphasis on Excel
• Excellent organizational skills
• Inherent ability to prospect, negotiate, and close.
• Engaging presentation, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

• Minimum 3 years’ related experience; apparel industry preferred.
• Attend seasonal sales meetings.
• Attend annual PGA Merchandise Show
• Attend local trade shows and events.
• Maintain sample line in accordance with company standards.
• Submit monthly expense report.

Salary Range - $55,000 - $60,000 base plus commission
