Overview

Become a Full‑Time NECOA Field Marketing Representative in Austin, TX. Assist in driving sales and creating buzz around NECOA water purification products at local businesses and events, demonstrating products to customers, and building professional relationships with program management and colleagues.

• Demonstrate cutting‑edge NECOA water purification products at local businesses and selling events.
• Engage with customers, build rapport, and create a memorable experience.
• Maintain professional relationships with management and staff at events.
• Maintain displays for cleanliness, functionality, and demo‑readiness.
• Report sales, leads, and competitive insights accurately.
• Submit all paperwork and mileage tracking completely and accurately.

• High school diploma or equivalent (minimum).
• Minimum 6 months sales, retail, or marketing experience.
• Experience with product demonstrations, event engagement, or customer service (plus).
• Problem‑solving, tech‑savvy, outgoing personality.
• Ability to engage customers, overcome objections, and connect needs.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a motor vehicle background check.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Capacity to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, team environment.

• Regular and prompt prospecting/event attendance.
• Meet established monthly/weekly sales quota/goals.
• Maintain customer/client satisfaction.

• $20–$22/h base pay, paid weekly.
• Monthly sales commissions and bonuses.
• Next‑day pay on demand with Daily Pay.
• Friday / Saturday & Sunday availability.
• Paid training.
