Our TTEC Remote CX team has 37 preferred residency states. We are currently not hiring from the following geographies: AK, CA, HI, IL, MT, or outside of the United States. What You'll be Doing

Do you enjoy building relationships, and helping customers find solutions? In this role, you'll engage with prospective and existing corporate clients through email and phone, helping drive seamless customer experience. You'll support a leading business-to-business gifting program during the busy holiday season.

During a Typical Day, You'll

• Manage a shared inbox of outbound sales communications, responding to inquiries and following up with prospective corporate clients via phone and email
• Maintain accurate customer records, contact lists, and activity tracking within CRM platforms
• Assist clients with placing, managing, and tracking corporate gift orders through online ordering systems
• Research and resolve order, delivery, and account-related questions
• Communicate with customers in a warm, professional, and consultative manner while identifying potential business opportunities
• Escalate complex client needs and sales opportunities to leadership as appropriate

What You Bring to the Role

• 6 months or more of customer services experience, call center operations, inside sales, or phone-based sales
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with CRM platforms or the ability to quickly learn new tools and technology
• Computer experience
• High speed internet connection (>25mbps). A hardwired connection to your home router is required
• A quiet, private place in your home where you can work without background noise (trust us, you'll appreciate the quiet)

• Base wage of $17 per hour plus $1 commission hourly

A Bit More About Your Role

We're committed to helping you build the skills and confidence to succeed, from day one and throughout your career. Your training experience includes engaging, instructor led online sessions that use both webcam video and audio, so you can connect visually with trainers, leaders, and fellow teammates. Webcam participation is expected during all instructor led TTEC and client required training, either throughout the session or at designated times, and is encouraged during coaching sessions to support meaningful connection and collaboration.
