Our client is looking for a Business Development Representative ready to generate and qualify pipeline for the sales team.

• Salesforce or Hub Spot as the CRM
• Outreach or Salesloft sequencing outbound cadences
• Apollo.io or Zoom Info powering prospecting and data enrichment
• Gong for call recording and coaching

• Prospect and generate qualified pipeline through outbound outreach
• Qualify inbound leads and route them to the right sales owner
• Run discovery conversations that get to the heart of prospect needs
• Maintain accurate records of activity and pipeline in the CRM
• Team up closely with Account Executives on handoffs

• 0-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized, coachable, and resilient
• Ready to take on high-volume outbound prospecting
• Genuine interest in AI and technology

• Prior SDR/BDR experience at a B2B SaaS company
• Hands-on experience with sales engagement tools (Outreach, Salesloft, etc.)

$50,000-$68,000 base / $70,000-$95,000 OTE + equity. Target pay generally maps to years of directly relevant experience: 0-1 years $50,000-$58,000 base / $70,000-$80,000 OTE; 2+ years (prior SDR/BDR experience) $58,000-$68,000 base / $80,000-$95,000 OTE. Bands reflect 2026 early-stage startup market data (seed/Series A-B) for this role and location; final offers may vary based on the candidate's specific background.
