Financial Sales Support, Entry Level

This entry level Financial Sales Support role supports an intermediary sales team by keeping CRM data clean, coordinating onboarding and logistics, and ensuring the day to day sales process runs smoothly so the team can stay focused on clients and growth. This is a great opportunity for a recent college grads within an interest in the financial industry.

• Be a go to partner for a fast moving sales team in financial services
• Build hands on experience with Salesforce, reporting, and cross functional coordination
• Make a visible impact by improving sales operations, data accuracy, and client readiness

• Maintain and update Salesforce CRM records, pipelines, and sales reporting
• Prepare dashboards, client lists, meeting materials, and sales presentations
• Coordinate onboarding steps such as system access and training logistics
• Organize meetings, webinars, and client communications
• Handle administrative support, compliance documentation, and sales collateral
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Compliance, HR, and Product teams to support initiatives
• Monitor client data, territory details, and account segmentation

• Bachelors degree required

• 0 to 3 years of experience in sales operations, client support, or financial services (internships count)
• Exposure with Salesforce or a similar CRM
• Strong Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook skills
• Should have an interest in the financial industry

• Prior exposure to financial services sales support, client onboarding, or CRM reporting
