Sales Operations Associate Financial Services

We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Operations & Client Support Associate to support our intermediary sales team through CRM management, sales operations, onboarding, and administrative coordination. This role ensures seamless execution of sales processes, enabling the team to focus on building strong client relationships and driving business growth.

• On site work arrangement in Austin, TX
• Pay Range: $25/hour - $30/hour

• Maintain and update Salesforce CRM records, pipelines, and sales reports
• Prepare dashboards, client lists, meeting materials, and sales presentations
• Coordinate onboarding processes including system access and training
• Organize meetings, webinars, and client communications
• Manage administrative tasks, compliance documentation, and sales collateral
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Compliance, HR, and Product teams to support initiatives
• Monitor client data, territory information, and account segmentation

• 0 - 3 years of experience in sales operations, client support, or financial services including internships
• Must have a Bachelors Degree
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
