Client Advisor

Summary

A performance-driven sales role focused on achieving sales targets while delivering exceptional in-store client experiences. The Client Advisor combines on-floor selling, client development and operational responsibilities to grow boutique sales and long-term client relationships. The role leverages omnichannel touchpoints and clienteling tools to meet individual KPIs and support the boutique team.

• Drive boutique sales by achieving individual KPIs and sales targets on the sales floor.
• Develop and maintain client relationships through proactive clienteling, outreach and appointments.
• Use CRM and digital tools (e.g., Salesforce) to collect and leverage client data.
• Support daily store operations including inventory, cash handling, security, opening and closing procedures.
• Execute visual merchandising, window presentations and maintain store presentation standards.
• Coordinate aftersales processes until product return and ensure compliance with retail procedures.

• Minimum 2 years experience in luxury retail.
• Knowledge of and passion for watches, lifestyle trends and new technologies.
• Proven selling skills including client discovery, storytelling, upselling and closing.
• Familiarity with digital tools, CRM and POS systems (e.g., CEGID, Salesforce).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; client-centric, energetic and team-oriented.
• Fluent in English; additional language a plus; adaptable and results-driven.
