We’re looking for someone who is ready to work hard, learn, and grow.
Insurance sales experience is preferred
, especially Allstate experience, but we’re also open to entry-level candidates with the right attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn.

• Connect with new and existing customers to understand their insurance needs.
• Conduct needs-based conversations and recommend appropriate coverage.
• Prepare quotes and explain coverage options, discounts, and products.
• Follow up with leads, referrals, and prospective customers.
• Generate new business and work toward individual and team sales goals.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products and coverage.
• Build strong customer relationships and provide excellent service throughout the sales process.
• Maintain accurate customer information and agency records.
• Participate in ongoing training and coaching to improve your sales skills.

• Insurance sales experience is preferred

• Active Property & Casualty license is a plus;
