Join Vancor AI as a Business Development Manager (BDM). You'll partner with leadership and delivery teams to expand our market presence, grow the pipeline, and win enterprise engagements across AI, cloud, and digital platforms.
What you'll do- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target industries and accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, partners, and existing clients
- Lead discovery conversations, proposals, and commercial negotiations through to close
- Collaborate with solution, product, and delivery teams to shape winning engagements
- Track pipeline health, forecast accurately, and report progress to leadership
- 3+ years of experience in business development, enterprise sales, or a closely related role
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Proven track record of closing B2B or enterprise deals
- Comfort working with technical stakeholders on AI, cloud, or digital solutions
- Self-driven ownership mindset with clear pipeline and revenue accountability
