y is seeking an experienced Account Manager to support key customer relationships in the Austin area.
This position is ideal for a customer-focused and self-motivated professional who is skilled in managing strategic accounts, coordinating across internal teams, and communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Position SummaryThe Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers and will be responsible for building strong relationships, supporting account strategy, addressing customer needs, and coordinating with internal teams.
This role requires the ability to understand technical products and services and clearly communicate their value to customers. The position will work closely with sales, engineering, manufacturing, finance, and other support teams.
Some evening meetings may be required to coordinate with overseas teams.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and develop relationships with key customer accounts
- Serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams
- Develop and execute account strategies for assigned customers
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Address customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Coordinate with sales, engineering, manufacturing, finance, and support teams
- Support account planning, presentations, negotiations, and customer meetings
- Monitor account activity and support achievement of sales goals
- Coordinate projects and follow through on customer requirements
- Maintain accurate customer and account information
- 6 to 8 years of experience in account management, sales, or customer relationship management in Semiconductor Industrry
- Experience managing major customer accounts and supporting sales targets
- Strong relationship management and customer service skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
Experience with account planning and strategy development - Strong project coordination and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to analyze issues and identify effective solutions
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field preferred
- Engineering background is a plus
- Japanese language ability is a plus but not required
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
This position is primarily remote. However, flexibility is required to attend onsite customer meetings and other business meetings in the Austin area.
