The Selling Advisor - Jewelry builds client relationships through personalized service, styling expertise, and elevated selling. This onsite role serves clients in store and digitally, using technology and product knowledge to drive sales and strengthen client engagement.
Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional, customer-focused service and develop lasting client relationships.
- Demonstrate jewelry, brand, styling, and fashion knowledge to support sales and wardrobing.
- Use digital tools, social media, and store technology to connect with clients and sell across channels.
- Meet personal sales, conversion, and wardrobing goals while improving individual productivity.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive work environment.
- Experience in styling, fashion, or fashion retail.
- Commission sales experience and ability to set and achieve sales goals.
- Experience using technology and digital tools to sell to clients.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Flexible work schedule.
