Senior Traffic Incident Management Specialist
Location: Austin, TX
Job Description: We are seeking a Senior Traffic Incident Management (TIM) Specialist to join our team in Austin, TX.
Responsibilities- Participates in the delivery of National TIM Responder and/or other first responder training.
- Assists in maintaining trainee training records and uploading virtual training records.
- Assists with vehicle, facility, and equipment field inspections and other program documentation.
- Other administrative support duties as assigned.
- Communicates with internal and external stakeholders and maintains appropriate relationships.
- Supports Atkins
Réalis staff with regional duties when stationed resources are limited. - Performs effective client management, tracks deliverables, follows contract scope, and maintains high standards of behavior and performance in compliance with Atkins
Réalis policies. - Performs such other duties as the supervisor may from time to time deem necessary.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field with 7 years of relevant experience. A graduate degree is desirable. Management coursework or an MBA is a plus. Without a Bachelor’s degree, this level may be achieved with 11 years of experience in law enforcement, incident management, and/or other emergency response.
- Strong interpersonal skills, good public speaking ability, and personal computer proficiency. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Additional InformationExpected compensation range: $45.00 - $52.88 per hour, depending on skills, experience, and geographical location.
