The Role

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Laboratory Administrator and Automator to drive clinical study coordination, laboratory operations, and regulatory compliance. This role is the engine of our lab operations. It is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, excels at managing logistics, and enjoys not just bringing structure to a fast‑paced startup, but building the automated systems that sustain it.

  • Quality Systems: Establish and oversee automated Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) processes.
  • Clinical Coordination: Coordinate clinical studies for assay validation.
  • Study Support: Support study documentation, tracking, and communication with study volunteers and lab project managers.
  • Inventory Management: Manage laboratory inventory, supply tracking, and ordering, maintaining reagent and consumable stock levels to ensure seamless lab operations.
  • Compliance Management: Organize and maintain laboratory documentation and compliance records, supporting CLIA/CAP compliance preparation and inspection readiness.
  • Logistics & Communication: Assist with scheduling, event coordination, and internal meetings while facilitating seamless communication between laboratory personnel, vendors, and collaborators.
Who We Are Looking For
  • AI & Automation Mindset: You have a strong interest in and aptitude for Agentic AI workflows, actively seeking ways to leverage technology to eliminate manual tasks.
  • Smart, fast-learning, and self-managing: You take initiative, figure things out, and execute without needing micromanagement.
  • Obsessed with order, but unfazed by chaos: You thrive on creating structure and automated systems within a fast‑paced, sometimes unpredictable startup environment.
  • Interested in health, technology, and startups: You are passionate about the future of medicine and the tech that drives it.
  • Ambitious and growth‑minded: You want to build grit, grow fast, and make a real impact.
  • Local or ready to move: Based in or willing to relocate to Austin, TX.
  • A proactive problem solver: You anticipate roadblocks and build systems to dismantle them before they slow the team down.
  • An exceptional communicator & multitasker: You possess strong written and verbal skills, high professional accountability, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities effortlessly.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a clinical laboratory or regulated environment.
  • Familiarity with CLIA, CAP, or laboratory quality systems.
  • Experience coordinating clinical or validation studies.
  • Medical training or relevant clinical experience.
Let’s build the future of preventive medicine—together.

If you enjoy creating structure, automating scientific workflows, and ensuring smooth laboratory operations, we encourage you to apply.
