PurposeThe Research Engineering/Scientist II (RESA II) is a short-term position in Ho Lab that will support the Biomedical Engineering Department in systems neuroscience.
Responsibilities- Design and execute experiments
- Analyze and model data
- Manage undergraduates
- Required:
Master degree or Bachelor's degree in related field and 2 years of relevant experience - Expertise with human neuroscience
Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.
Preferred Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in neuroscience
- 2 years of relevant post-graduate experience
- Expertise in animal systems neuroscience
- Expertise in neural data analyses
$40,000
Working Conditions- Typical office environment including work at a desk for long periods of time
- Animal handling
- Animal surgeries
- Standard business hours are Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.
