Intelligence and Security Specialist - (771)
EPS Corporation is seeking a Intelligence and Security Specialist, you will provide senior-level intelligence and security support across multiple security disciplines. This role applies broad subject-matter expertise to develop, analyze, and enforce security policies; support intelligence operations and analytic products; and ensure compliance with applicable DoD, IC, and federal security requirements. The specialist serves as a trusted advisor to leadership and program teams, delivering training, coordination, and operational security support in complex environments.
Key Responsibilities- Apply broad knowledge across multiple security disciplines, including personnel, information, physical, industrial, and operational security.
- Develop, analyze, implement, and enforce security policies, procedures, and guidance in accordance with DoD, IC, and federal regulations.
- Provide general intelligence and security support to programs, operations, and analytic teams.
- Deliver security awareness and intelligence-related training to personnel and stakeholders.
- Coordinate and support foreign disclosure and releasability processes in compliance with governing directives.
- Support the development and of intelligence analytic products, ensuring proper handling, classification, and dissemination.
- Maintain accurate and auditable security records, documentation, and reporting in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Serve as a technical advisor to leadership on intelligence and security matters, risk mitigation, and compliance issues.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve security issues and support mission objectives.
- Strong knowledge of DoD, IC, and federal security policies and procedures.
- Experience supporting intelligence analysis and operational environments.
- Ability to interpret and apply complex regulations and guidance.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including briefing senior leadership.
- Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and record management.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, mission-focused environment.
