Senior Finance and Risk Operator; Individual Contributor

Voice of Reason is building Verification Intelligence — infrastructure that changes how operational records hold up under audit, litigation, insurance review, and institutional scrutiny.

The focus is record integrity at the moment events occur, and how that integrity (or lack of it) propagates downstream into risk, disputes, claims, and capital decisions.

This work operates in regulated, high-liability environments where records are not theoretical artifacts, but determinative ones.

We’re hiring a senior individual contributor to work alongside a small, execution-focused team. The role is hands‑on and concrete. It sits close to real workflows, real records, and real institutional consequences.

This is not a fundraising role.

It is not an advisory position.

It does not include governance authority or public representation.

Scope is defined and intentional.

• Translating how records, exposure, and accountability behave once decisions are reviewed under legal, insurance, or capital pressure
• Supporting internal modeling around risk, defensibility, and downstream impact tied to record integrity
• Working with operators, legal reviewers, and technical teams to ensure financial and risk assumptions reflect how institutions actually behave
• Helping formalize how loss, disputes, and credibility are evaluated once records are challenged

There is no single “right” resume. Useful experience may include time spent around:

• Insurance, reinsurance, or claims environments
• Asset oversight where record quality materially affected outcomes
• Regulated or high-liability systems where decisions hardened after the fact

If you have seen how narratives fail once records are tested, you will recognize the work immediately.
