• Monitoring access control systems, CCTV surveillance, and alarm systems.
• Verifying employee, contractor, and visitor credentials before granting access.
• Managing visitor registration, badging, and escort procedures.
• Conducting routine interior and exterior security patrols to identify risks or hazards.
• Responding promptly to alarms, incidents, emergencies, or safety concerns.
• Preparing detailed incident, activity, and shift reports for documentation.
• Enforcing company security policies, procedures, and site protocols.
• Supporting emergency response procedures, evacuations, and safety drills.
• Providing professional customer service to employees, contractors, and guests.
• Monitoring entry and exit points to prevent unauthorized access.
• Assisting with asset protection, loss prevention, and operational continuity.
• Reporting maintenance, safety hazards, or suspicious activity promptly.
• Coordinating with management, law enforcement, or emergency services when required.

• Must be a U.S. citizen or a resident.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• Must have a valid Security License as required by the State of Texas.
• Must have previous security experience or 3 years of customer service.
• Must have a High School diploma or GED.
• Must have a CPR certification.
