** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as appropriate for a technology and telecommunications location.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalation support and timely notification to site leadership and/or emergency services when needed.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.

+ Monitor access points, verify identification and/or visitor authorization, and follow site procedures for badges, deliveries, and contractor check-in and/or escort requirements.

+ Complete detailed reports on shift activity, incidents, and observations; assist with alarm and/or camera monitoring and communicate relevant information to supervisors and client contacts.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + CPR and First Aid certification is preferred and may be completed post hire.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
