Patrol hotel property to ensure the safety of guests and employees and to protect all hotel assets.;
Answer house calls to assist guests and associates with safety, security and hotel operations.;
Initiate and follow-up on investigations of crimes committed against property and persons.;
Assist sick or injured guests or associates, ensuring documentation, reporting and witness statements are completed timely.;
Lead and direct guests and associates to safety during emergencies and monitor alarm and safety systems.
