We are currently looking to hire experienced full-time professional security officers with strong communication skills to join our team.

As a Customer Service Security Officer, you will be the frontline ambassador for our organization, ensuring that our clients and visitors feel both safe and valued. This role demands a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills to effectively handle various situations and interactions.

Whether you are guiding visitors, responding to emergencies, or ensuring compliance with security protocols, your role is integral to maintaining our reputation for safety and service excellence.

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out safety and security procedures
• Respond to emergencies and assist as needed
• Monitor and report suspicious activities
• Conduct regular patrols of the premises
• Ensure the safety of all personnel and visitors
• Maintain accurate records of all incidents and activities

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must have a valid level II Texas security license
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must have 2 years of security experience
