Position Overview
The Residential Security Agent provides overall support to protective security operations in dynamic, fast‑paced corporate environments. The primary duty is to safeguard the client, family, and personal property residing at the assigned residence.
Responsibilities- Safeguard the client, family, and personal property at the residence.
- Incorporate the client’s core values and code of conduct into all decisions and actions.
- Make real‑time operational decisions that enhance safety for the client and immediate family members.
- Maintain and manage all security logs, radio logs, visitor information, residence audits, vehicle inspections, and security phone communications.
- Monitor the residential intrusion detection system, panic alarms, and CCTV camera system.
- Control access for visitors, employees, and vendors.
- Travel for special assignments as required.
- Communicate effectively with the client, family, and other team members.
- Maintain discretion and confidentiality.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with the client and the Team Lead to resolve operational issues quickly without affecting the client’s quality of life.
- Collaborate with intelligence and investigations teams, global security operations center assets, other private security firms, and local law enforcement to identify and mitigate threats proactively.
- Detect and report suspicious activity and security vulnerabilities.
- Operate effectively in a dynamic, multifaceted, fast‑paced environment.
- 1–3 years of experience in residential executive protection.
- Ability to work irregular or extended hours (shifts to include nights, weekends, and holidays).
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Valid and current Texas driver license.
- Valid U.S. passport.
- Professional and friendly communicator with a positive attitude and commitment to excellence (prior customer service or hospitality industry experience preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Prior experience in emergency response teams (e.g., ERT), military, law enforcement, physical security, secure transportation, or similar.
- Prior training in incident response, emergency medicine, or related fields.
